Therapeutic Deep Bodywork, Designed for the client who is looking to address chronic muscular tightness & pain. Focus is on your problem areas & other potential associated muscular trains. Pressure is typically deep, but will fluctuate depending on the specific muscle group & on what the muscle needs to release. Modalities & techniques such as myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy, neuro-muscular release & deep tissue may be applied during this session & is customized to the individual.

Body Detail - Detailed Therapeutic Bodywork, Designed for the client who is looking to address chronic muscular tightness & pain. Focus is on the full body plus your problem areas. The length of this session allows for detailed bodywork!
